Yes! We will deliver your personalised illustration electronically, so even if you live in the USA or Australia, you will be able to download your Comicsus and share it online or send it to your local print shop. High resolution .jpg files are one of the most widely accepted image formats in the World. For your convenience, PayPal can also convert British pounds to your local currency, so you can pay in Dollars, Euros and many other PayPal supported currencies.

All our payments are processed through PayPal, however, you do not have to have a PayPal account to place your order. Once you are in a payment screen please opt for a debit/credit card if that is more convenient for you.

Once you place your order, you will be able to track it's progress on "My Account" page. We will create a dedicated page for each of your orders which you will be able to share with your friends. You will also be able to download a high resolution image of your completed Comicsus here. If you opt-in for a Poster or Canvas print (UK only), in addition to a digital file download we will deliver a hard copy of your Comicsus to your door - ready to be gifted away.

Yes! Unlike most artists we will never charge you extra for couples illustrations (couples are not groups in our opinion!) or your house pets as they are part of the family! For group illustrations (3 characters+) we charge a flat rate of just £15 extra for each additional super-hero. Please get in touch with us first if you require group drawings of more than 5 people.

Due to the complexity of comic strips, we require you to contact us on contact@comicsus.com with your request before we can confirm the price and estimated completion date. Our Standard Price includes 5-6 panels and requires 3 weeks to complete, but we do express deliveries on request;)

We define Comicsus as a hand drawn illustration made with love by a professional artist. We believe it is truly original gift for anyone and for any occasion. We can base you illustration on the photos you send us or create a brand new character to use in your marketing campaigns. You can give as much detail as you wish or leave all the thinking to us. We can illustrate your memorable story in a comic strip format or we can make you a local superhero - if you can imagine it, we can illustrate it!

Each illustration we deliver is hand-drawn from scratch! There will be no other illustration like yours - we promise! Once initial sketch is completed and approved by you, it is then digitally coloured and made available for download. If you have opted in for a hard copy delivery (Canvas or Poster) we will always tailor the drawing so that it would look as good as possible once it is delivered to your door.

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. Once the sketch is completed, we will make it available for you to review. At that stage you will be able to make changes. We will make sure you are happy or will issue you a refund.

Please always allow up to 21 calendar days for your order to be fulfilled (you should get an initial sketch within 14 days). At the moment all orders will be completed on a FIFO (first in first out) basis. However, we will make sure to keep you up to date with our progress at all times. Once you have submitted your order we will review and update your "My Account" page with the expected completion date. If you opted-in for a Poster or Canvas option, please allow additional 7 days for processing and delivery from the day we complete your illustration.

Sure! Please have a look at our Poster, Framed Poster and Canvas sections to get an idea of how the end product would look like. Add £10 for A2 Poster and £20 for Framed A3 Poster or A2 Canvas (delivery is always included!). Unfortunately, we cannot offer Hard-Copy deliveries outside the UK.
